A Social MediaAssociate also known as Brand Associate or Social Marketing Associate is responsible for designing and formulating branding and marketing activities on Social Media in close coordination with the client, developing and executing market plans for the promotion of a client’s products or ideas.
a. Design and formulate complete branding and marketing activities in close coordination with the marketing and distribution team, handle the various social media forums and manage the product website to promote the brand, gather customer insights and customer feedbacks
b. Plan and organize work to meet expected outcomes with appropriate use of resources (both material equipment and manpower)
c. Working effectively in a team
